Since engineering standards in this particular  business are very high and sophisticated, we were obliged to develop own tools for engineering services. We created a SQL-based, globally accessible, multi-user-capable software named "MSR-Database" operating on Windows 2000™ and Windows XP™ platforms

The entire team and our customer have simultaneous access to all project data and all reports. Finally the implemented language switch garantees a hassle-free gateway for our non German speking client

We enable a real team working facility, where all project information is transparent to both the engineering partners and our customers (Server platform). The following items and engineering steps are inkluded in the package:

• Loop design
• Hook up (instrument lay out) drawings
• DCS I/O design and hardware configuration
• Erection engineering
• Bill of material
• Logic blocks and process description
• Specification sheets for instruments and valves

A run time version is provided as part of the final documentation. In this version all the loops can be modified and a small number of new loops can be added. The maximum capacity of the database is about 5000 loops, hence sufficient for most applications
